Jack's Diving Locker - 13 years ago Jack's was a good dive shop. But that was then and this is now. Our experience is Jack's is now an over priced tourist gouging rip off, and they don't even come close to the "Best" list. Their new store and facilities are beautiful and state of the art; but you won't find these locals even renting their high priced tanks or using their unfriendly to Kamaaina (that's the people that live here) services.
